This painting features the old Heber City Courthouse (front left) with the Jailhouse directly behind it. Front right is the old Heber Tabernacle with a Community Social Hall also pictured in the back middle. The Tabernacle building is the only building in the painting that still stands today on Heber City Main Street. Vernon was sad the day this block of harmonious architecture was torn down.
